I’m Misri Modi! A sophomore at the University of Michigan, I’m inspired by the vibrant Ann Arbor community and the power of design to create meaningful connections. With a passion for UX design and research, I’m pursuing a degree in Information Science to explore how thoughtful design can enhance user experiences for everyone.

work highlights
As a member of ATD (Alpha Theta Delta), a professional design fraternity, I have the opportunity to work with my peers on design forward solutions and projects.
Being a set designer for Wolveraas requires me to balance creativity with practical constraints, such as portability, durability, and audience impact.
I designed an app to help the vendors of a local Ann Arbor newspaper! This project introduced me to the design process and helped me understand user experience.
Creating moodboards is a key part of my design process. Through my work with Alpha Theta Delta and other projects, I’ve developed skills in selecting unique typography, establishing hierarchy, and crafting cohesive color palettes. My experience with grid-based layouts helps balance creativity and structure, creating tools that effectively communicate ideas and guide the design process.
